Platform Lab to utilize ClaritySoftPlatform Lab is committed to supporting Ohio-based technology firms whenever possible. Recently, Platform Lab has chosen to utilize ClaritySoft for CRM and documentation purposes. We strongly believe that our operation serves as an outstanding proving ground evidenced by the 161 clients, 100+ expertise partners, our outstanding branch location partners, two dozen vendors and Platform Lab staff that combine resources everyday to find the best technology solutions all with a goal of spurring the Ohio IT community. ClaritySoft is a Central-Ohio based provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for small companies and Contact Management software for sales professionals. Their toolset is designed to help small and mid-sized firms sell more to existing customers and attract new customers all while working more efficiently. Leveraging the most current technology, they significantly reduce the time, money and technical experience required to implement a successful CRM solution. Platform Lab will go live on the ClaritySoft CRM solution in less than one-half of a day. ClaritySoft solutions are developed with a heavy emphasis on ease of use; a typical business user can install, customize and administer the software effectively and with no loss of productivity. Platform Lab is not a typical business , and what better proving ground for a CRM solution that the dynamic challenges faced by a non-profit IT test lab.
